Requirements
Responsibilities:
As the Spa Operations Manager, the employee directly reports to the O-Spa Director. The candidate will have responsibilities and essential job functions, including but not limited to the following:
1. Overall manage the whole operations of O-Spa: The Spa Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of O-Spa's daily operations, including staffing, finances, customer service, safety, and compliance.
2. Lead and manage all employees, ensuring that each team member performs their duties to the best of their abilities.
3. Responsible for managing revenue and maximizing treatment bookings.
4. Develop and implement a system that ensures smooth daily operations, from scheduling appointments to maintaining equipment.
5. The Spa Operations Manager will lead by example and ensure that all employees provide excellent customer service to guests.
6. Develop and maintain a healthy work environment, ensuring that all staff, clients, and customers are satisfied.
7. Responsible for maintaining high-quality services and products that meet O-Spa's standards.
8. Responsible for ensuring that all administrative, accounting, and permits are secured, maintained, and well-monitored.
9. Ensure that all areas are kept clean and well-maintained.
10. Ensure proper inventories of all operating Spa equipment are conducted in line with audit standards to effectively manage operational costs
11. Ensure that O-Spa complies with all legal requirements imposed by the Cambodian government.
12. The Spa Operations Manager will prioritize the health and safety of guests and employees at all times.
13. The Spa Operations Manager will work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
14. Create, monitor, and manage all protocols in relation to following safety, work ethics, hygiene, and emergency and fire relations, which will be strictly mandated among all staff, clients, and customers
15. Secure and ensure all confidentiality agreements among staff, clients, and customers. All business confidential documents must be secured at all times
16. Manage and ensure the quality of all products used in O-Spa. Monitor the working conditions of all equipment inside the Spa and office
17. Ensure that all products, inventories, bank cheques, cash, vouchers, and other important items are kept safely under lock and key
18. Ability to manage a team of diverse individuals and mentor each for the betterment of their professional and personal growth
19. Ability to perform well even under difficult circumstances and can carry the whole team should unforeseen events occur.
20. Ability to liaise with internal and external parties at appropriate levels to ensure the smooth flow of spa operations.
21. Ability to train and discuss effectively the promotions, packages, products, sales, and protocols to all staff and clients.
22. Ensure monthly sales and customer targets are met.
23. Create and present daily, monthly, and annual sales and operations reports, as well as recommendations and promotion reports.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports & Wellness, or relevant discipline is an advantage but not required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospitality or spa environment.
3. Experience in managing a team in a hospitality or spa setting.
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to speak English.
6. Ability to speak Chinese and Khmer is an advantage but not required.
7. Interpersonal skills to deal with guest and colleague issues and feedback.
8. Good problem-solving skills and effective decision-maker.
9. Adaptable to multicultural needs and diversity of cultures.
10. Excellent leadership skills – collaborative, enabling, and entrepreneurial.
11. Career-focused, wanting to grow and develop, self-driven.
12. Good attitude, trustworthy, and can work under minimal supervision.
Compensation Package:
1. $2,000 monthly salary.
2. Free accommodation.
3. Bonus + Incentives + Allowance.
4. The O-Spa will process the work permit of the chosen candidate. All expenses during his/her permit processing shall be covered by the company, including the airfare.

Who Are We?
The O-Spa Beauty and Wellness is a newly established spa and wellness center located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The O-Spa (formerly known as Naga Spa) is managed by Akstra Management Pte. Ltd., a Singaporean company.
Khmer Massage is a huge part of the Cambodia culture. Over the years, this massage art has been perfected and passed down by generations, making it the most sought-after massage among locals, foreigners, and tourists. At O-Spa, all therapists are experts in Khmer massage and have continued to undergo a series of training to enhance their skills further.
As we expand our operations in Cambodia, we see the potential in the beauty and wellness business, which has led the company to take over the O-Spa from its original owners and manage it to elevate its services aligned with international standards.
With this, we are looking for a strong candidate for the position of Spa Operations Manager to be relocated to Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
